Elevate Properties was founded with a simple belief: real estate should be about people, not just transactions and processes.
After years in the industry, we saw too many homeowners, residents, and even agents treated like numbers instead of individuals with real priorities, real concerns, and real investments. We knew there had to be a better way.
One evening, after reflecting on those challenges, Chris sat down with his wife, Brandy, who asked a question that changed everything: “Why not build something that does it right?”
That conversation sparked Elevate Properties.
From day one, our mission has been clear. To raise the standard of real estate services in Eastern North Carolina through integrity, consistency, and a commitment to doing what’s right. Whether managing a property or helping a client navigate a sale, we believe every decision should be made with care, clarity, and a long term perspective.

Chris Reagan is the visionary behind Elevate Properties and serves as the company’s Broker-in-Charge. With years of experience in property management and real estate operations, Chris brings a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for doing business the right way.
He founded Elevate with a clear mission: to raise the standard of property management in Eastern North Carolina by putting people first and delivering exceptional service at every turn. Known for his hands-on approach, clear communication, and commitment to integrity, Chris works closely with clients, tenants, and his team to create lasting value and strong relationships.
Outside of Elevate, Chris is a devoted husband, father, and host parent to international exchange students—always finding joy in building connections and helping others grow. His personal “why” is to build a legacy of faith, family, and service to others—and that purpose shows up in everything he does.
Brandy Reagan
Owner
Brandy is the heart behind Elevate’s high standards and steady focus. In her role supporting operations and standards, she ensures that every process, policy, and client experience reflects the company’s commitment to integrity, consistency, and care.
She plays a key role in shaping Elevate’s direction—offering strategic insight, helping guide decision-making, and keeping the team aligned with the mission. Brandy is passionate about doing things right the first time and making sure both clients and residents feel supported and respected throughout their journey with Elevate.
Outside of work, she’s a proud wife, mom, and advocate for inclusion, with a background in coaching Special Olympics. Her personal values align seamlessly with Elevate’s core belief: that people come first, always.
Adam Fosser
Business & Management Intern
Originally from Denmark, Adam joined Elevate Properties after spending a year living and studying in Eastern North Carolina as a foreign exchange student; an experience that sparked a lasting connection to the region and its people. Now back home continuing his education with a focus on business and management, he returns to Elevate in a part-time internship that allows him to learn alongside our leadership team.
As a Business & Management Intern, Adam observes meetings, collaborates on ideas, and gets exposure to the decision-making and systems that keep Elevate operating smoothly. He occasionally assists with light administrative or marketing support when his schedule allows, but his primary role is to learn, grow, and explore the business from the inside.
Adam brings a sharp eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and a genuine curiosity about how a growing business operates. His contributions – when school and life allow – add valuable support to the team, and his thoughtful perspective makes him a trusted contributor to discussions as we shape Elevate’s ideas.
Outside of school and his internship, Adam enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places, and squeezing in a round of golf whenever he can. He remains a valued part of the Elevate family, and we’re proud to walk alongside him as he continues building his future.
Lynn Reagan
Property Service Associate
Originally from Missouri, Lynn was brought to Eastern North Carolina by the United States Marine Corps in 1971—and he’s proudly called it home ever since. After retiring from the Corps in 1994, Lynn continued his public service through the U.S. Postal Service and later became a licensed Mortgage Originator.
Now retired from full-time work, Lynn supports the Elevate Properties team by assisting with day-to-day field services. From placing signs and lockboxes to taking marketing photos, making keys, and handling various errands, he plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. His attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic make him a trusted and valued member of the team.
Above all, Lynn is a blessed husband, proud dad, and even prouder grandpa. Lynn is the kind of person who shows up early, works hard, and always has a kind word for everyone he meets. His decades of service and commitment to excellence are part of what helps Elevate deliver on its mission every single day – and we’re grateful to have his steady presence as part of Elevate’s foundation.
Ayden Jewett
Property Service Associate
Ayden supports the Elevate Properties team as a Property Service Associate, assisting with a variety of hands-on field services that help keep properties ready for residents and owners. His work often includes assisting with property turnovers, clean-outs, small repairs, signage and lockboxes, and preparing homes for upcoming move-ins.
Having grown up around the real estate industry, Ayden developed an early interest in how properties are maintained and cared for. He enjoys working with his hands, learning new repair skills, and taking pride in helping ensure homes are prepared for the next resident.
Outside of work, Ayden enjoys spending time with his wife, Sara, and with family and friends. He also enjoys working on cars and participating in his local car club, where he shares his interest in mechanical projects and hands-on problem solving.
